SALT SESSION | Desaru Coast Gourmet Series Third Edition

An evening at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast is all it takes for you to fall in love with the place. Turn up your senses with a fine dining twist on Malaysian classics, inspired by the standing tapas tradition in Spain. In the 3rd edition of the Desaru Coast Gourmet Series, Chef Raymond Tham, Executive Chef of Skillet at 163, presented some novel marvels including the Laksa in liquid nitrogen that came out like a dollop of meringue. A time of jovial communion ensued through the night with food and music, and most important of all, fellowship.
