An offshoot of two-Michelin-starred kaiseki restaurant Seizan in Tokyo, Nabe Seizan’s name says it all. Specialising in the famed Japanese hot pot served in an exclusive omakase style, founding Chef Haruhiko Yamamoto is the youngest chef in Japan to have received his 2 Michelin stars, and has run Seizan in Tokyo for 5 years. Now he proudly brings to Singapore his famous style of light cooking that accentuates the natural and true flavours of premium ingredients. Nabe Seizan’s dashi stock has been specially made by Chef Yamamoto himself for an ultimate umami flavour.
For lunch and dinner, the seating capacity of the restaurant remains capped at 16 and 10 respectively, which means that reservations are imperative. By keeping the amount of diners small, you can be ensured an intimate dining experience where food and its delivery is king.
