As one of only three remaining malt distilleries in the Lowland whisky region of Scotland, Auchentoshan is renowned for their exceptionally subtle, smooth and pure single malts, achieved by a unique triple distillation method. Returning with The New Malt Order campaign, Auchentoshan will be taking over the newly-renovated Alley Bar from 5-15 July 2017 (6-10pm daily) with a pop-up installation, where drinkers can enjoy whisky flights and DIY Auchentoshan cocktails.
The New Malt Order at Alley Bar aims to amplify the key flavours of Auchentoshan by allowing visitors to create cocktails that highlight the signature hints of citrus, nuttiness, sweetness and spiciness from the whisky’s maturation in Bourbon, Oloroso Sherry and Pedro Ximenez casks. Guests can customise their Auchentoshan cocktails with the addition of various condiments, ingredients and choices of garnish. For whisky newbies, this will prove a great opportunity to sample easy-to-drink yet complex whisky concoctions. Whisky connoiseurs can also take this experience to discover more flavour nuances in Auchentoshan’s single malts.

SALT is giving away two sets of Auchentoshan Whisky Experience (AWE), worth over S$100 each. Two winners will each get a set of AWE that comprises two Auchentoshan whisky flights (30ml pour each of Auchentoshan American Oak, Auchentoshan 12 and Auchentoshan Three Wood) and two DIY cocktails at the Auchentoshan pop-up bar.
