Think pink this Mid-Autumn festival with Raffles Hotel Singapore’s new snowskin mooncake flavour: the Strawberry Yoghurt and Crunchy White Chocolate Pearl ($70 for a box of 8). Soft and pliant snowskin is wrapped around not-too-sweet lotus seed paste and creamy white chocolate pearl for the perfect dessert. This combination of strawberries and cream is going to be the new favourite in town.

Other snowskin flavours include their Signature Champagne Truffle and Ganache snowskin mooncake ($72 for a box of 8), as well as beloved favourites like the Raffles Cognac Truffle and the Earl Grey and Chocolate Pearl Truffle (both $70 for a box of 8).
