With 15 new items on the menu and signature hearty dishes continuously fine-tuned by the passionate culinary team, there is sure to be a dish at Winestone that will satisfy the pickiest taste buds.
To begin, whet your appetite with the Winestone Express Platter. Loaded generously with jamón ibérico de cebo, classic Spanish chorizo, brie de meaux, la tomme de savoie fermière (a mild semi-firm cow’s milk cheese with low fat content), olives and focaccia, the platter also comes with a glass of house pour wine of your choice. It’s a good place to start.
Next, settle in for some mains to satiate your appetite. Looking for something light and fresh? Try the Pan-Seared Cod Fish — a golden brown pan-fried cod surrounded by a bed of sautéed spinach, dipped in a light fish velouté with fresh clam juice, and finished off with a generous squeeze of lemon. Savouring this dish is like feeling a myriad of flavours bursting in your mouth.
If you want something heartier, go for the decadent Rigatoni Prawn, an al dente pasta dish that is paired with a generous amount of fresh sea prawns in a rich-tempered tomato parmesan sauce. The combination is just perfection.
