One Michelin-starred Nouri invites Mark Best, one of Sydney’s most well-known chefs, to Singapore for a special 4 hands collaboration on 5 September, Wednesday at 7pm.
An icon of the new Australian cuisine, Mark Best will showcase his highly inventive cooking at the Telok Ayer restaurant. He recently closed his award-winning 17-year-old restaurant Marque on 30 June. The restaurant had garnered three hats in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for 10 years running.
The dishes that Best and Nouri’s chef-owner Ivan Brehm will be preparing at this 4 hands dinner will include Oyster and Grilled Sea Foam, Honeyed Prawn and Its Custard, Black Grouper and Fish Milk with Lacto fermented Potatoes, Poached Chicken Breast with Spring Onion, Jalapeno Emulsion and Charred Leek, and Roast Duck with Beetroot Oil, Sweet and Sour Radicchio.
