One Michelin-starred Nouri invites Mark Best, one of Sydney’s most well-known chefs, to Singapore for a special 4 hands collaboration on 5 September, Wednesday at 7pm.

An icon of the new Australian cuisine, Mark Best will showcase his highly inventive cooking at the Telok Ayer restaurant. He recently closed his award-winning 17-year-old restaurant Marque on 30 June. The restaurant had garnered three hats in the Sydney Morning Herald Good Food Guide for 10 years running.

All this belies the fact that she’s a self-confessed loony with a wicked sense of humour, and that she can be bribed with copious offerings of char kway teow, cake, champagne and cava (or anything bubbly, really).
