Oh Crab! It’s Back at Spice Brasserie, PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road

Returning once again this year, the popular crab and seafood buffet promises to get you hooked.

Every weekend from now to 30 September 2019, Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road reintroduces its acclaimed Weekend Seafood Buffet. It’s an all-you-can-eat seafood buffet with the main cast of Singapore’s favourite crab flavours from Chilli Crab to Black Pepper Crab and Salteed Egg Yolk Crab, accompanied by their seafood sidekicks: scallops, seabass, slipper lobsters.

Oh Crab, it’s Back! Seafood Buffet is available for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays, and dinner from Fridays to Sundays until 30 September 2019. Time is running out, so plan your catch!

The lunch selection flaunts unlimited servings of signatures from Spice Brasserie itself, including the Stir-fried Slipper Lobster with Black Bean Sauce and Chilli Crab with Mantou. You read that right – u n l i m i t e d.

Maybe you’d like to sleep in on weekends, especially after working long and hard throughout the week. Don’t worry about missing out on the lunch selection. Dinner expands from the lunch spread to bring in the main events including the fiery Black Pepper Crab and the fragrant, creamy rich Salted Egg Crab – a hot favourite second to the Chilli Crab. Side acts include the irresistibly crispy Oatmeal Prawns with Curry Leaves among other favourites.

Fresh seafood on ice gets a stage all to themselves at the Japanese counter, featuring performances by the Whole Sea Whelk, Black Mussel, Seasoned Jellyfish, Scallops on Shell and Marinated Clams, you can take your pick and even witness the art of making sushi and maki ‘Live’!

After your seafood mains, look forward to an array of desserts with some local flavour. Spice Brasserie at PARKROYAL on Kitchener Road pays homage to tradition with the Pulut Hitam. This nectarous, semi-sweet black glutinous rice with a splash of coconut milk will draw a tender smile on mum and dad’s faces. The King of Fruits makes an appearance in the Durian Pengat with Sticky Rice, a decadent treat that will please one and all.

The restaurant shakes things up this time when it comes to drinks with the debut of the DIY Mocktail Bar. Envision your drink and concoct it yourself at the DIY Mocktail Bar with the extensive range of sodas, syrups and condiments such as fruit slices for toppings.

Diners will be delighted to know that despite the exhaustive range of delicacies and treats, prices are completely wallet-friendly. Adults dine at $48 at lunch, while children under 12 years of age do so at half the price or enjoy the expanded dinner feast at $58/adult and $29/child.
