  1. MAN FU YUAN, INTERCONTINENTAL SINGAPORE

With its beautifully handcrafted rose shape, Man Fu Yuan’s Snow-skin Mooncakes: Tea Collection Series presents a specialised take on mooncake flavours in conjunction with German teahouse, Ronnefeldt. We usually enjoy our mooncakes with tea anyway, so why not have them both in one place? Tea is not uncommon in mooncakes, but Man Fu Yuan has broadened the selection of tea flavours beyond green tea and earl grey.

Discover Irish Whiskey Cream Infused in Assam Tea with Milk Chocolate Truffle (black) or the Mango Citrus Fruits Blended with Sencha and studded with Hazelnut Chocolate (sky blue). Go healthy with the uplifting Peppermint Tea peppered with Chia Seeds and a core of tangy Lemon Hibiscus Jelly Truffle (yellow). Last but not least in the line-up is the floral Peach Tea Infused with bouquets of Roses and Hibiscus, slightly spiced with a ginger passionfruit centre. Baked mooncakes are available too, and their Baked Mooncake with Assorted Nuts contain the welcome addition of sesame seeds for extra fragrance.

Order by 11 August 2019 to enjoy 30% off in early bird savings, with an additional 5% off when you purchase online here. Alternatively, buy it physically from the Man Fu Yuan Shoppe located at the entrance of InterContinental Singapore from Bugis Junction, or at 14 other locations islandwide, including Jewel Changi Airport, Junction 8, Causeway Point and Northpoint. 1. FOUR SEASONS HOTEL SINGAPORE

Michelin-Starred Jiang-Nan Chun revives its perennial favourites alongside new, limited edition snowskin mooncakes this year. The baked Silver Lotus Paste range (with Melon Seed/Single Yolk/Double Yolk) makes a comeback with the Smoked Duck with Assorted Nuts and Lime inspired by Jiang-Nan Chun’s signature Peking Duck. Silver Lotus requires a lower quantity of oil and sugar to create the paste, making it a healthier option for all ages.

New on the snowskin namelist is the tropical Passion Fruit with Dried Mango, a refreshing addition that is tangy with a dash of sweetness. Also a highlight not to be missed is the Bird’s Nest with Custard – a rare combination and an even rarer flavour for a mooncake. Among the many species of durian, the Mao Shan Wang might just be the most coveted, and Four Seasons Hotel Singapore pleases with their smooth and creamy Mao Shan Wang Durian Snowskin Mooncake. If you’ve been to the hotel and have tried their well-loved Hazelnut Royaltine Cake, delight yourself with the Hazelnut Royaltine Chocolate snowskin mooncake this year!
